Ikana conducted an in-depth strategic analysis for a Fortune 50 company to determine what information products would best serve family health decision makers, primarily woman.

This four-year effort included competitive landscape analysis, business modeling, content strategy, technology strategy, brand positioning, and multi-media, and multi-platform content prototyping. In addition, strategic content and distribution partnerships with major media companies were analyzed and explored. Finally, we provided thought leadership to C-level executives focused on emerging digital tools and opportunities.
